On Tuesday 30/7/19, we activated a new feature on our telephone system. At busier times, you will be given the option to receive a callback instead of waiting in the queue. If you choose to use this feature, we will call you back when you’re at the front of the queue. You may still choose to hold as normal.
This means you won’t have to hold your phone to your ear for the duration of the queue in case your call is answered and we will pay for the return call instead of you.
