Repeat Prescriptions
You can reorder your medications
if your doctor has authorised repeat prescriptions for you. Please note, any change to the 'Collect from' location in the above form will be saved on your medical record, so that all future prescriptions are sent to this location.
Please note that if your order is recieved after 15:30, it will be processed the next working day.Ordering Repeat Prescriptions
You may reorder your repeat medications using any of the following methods:
1. Ticking the tear off portion of your last prescription and placing it in the black repeat prescription box in the waiting area, or alternatively posting it to us
2. On-line using our website at wellingtonmedicalcentre.co.uk
3. By e-mail using prescriptions@wellingtonmc.nhs.uk
4. By telephone on 01823 663551 from 9:00am to 12:00 noon, and from 2:00pm to 3:30pm
Ordering repeat prescriptions by telephone can result in a lengthy telephone call and is open to error, so we would prefer you to use an alternative method wherever possible. This will also enable those patients, who have no other means of contacting us, to get through on the telephones more easily.
Collecting Your Repeat Prescription
Your prescription will usually be reasy for collection after 4:00pm 2 working days after you placed your order. Please remember to allow for days when we are not open (Saturday and Sunday).
If you would like us to send your prescriptions to a perticular pharmacy so you can collect your medications directly from them, please let us know, or alternatively you can complete a consent form at your chosen pharmacy and they will make the arrangements.
